Today you will have Tbilisi city tour - You will walk in the ancient neighborhoods of Tbilisi where you can explore the Sulphur baths, freedom square and narrow streets of Tbilisi with beautiful 19th century houses with wooden balconies, mosques and churches. Lunch The Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi commonly known as Sameba is the main cathedral of the Georgian Orthodox Church located in Tbilisi. One of the biggest Cathedrals in world. DAY 2 THE CHRONICLE OF GEORGIA, MTSKHETA, JVARI (Breakfast / Lunch)

Breakfast at the hotel The Chronicle of Georgia is a huge stone monument that goes by many different names. Often called “The Georgian Stonehenge” or “History Memorial of Georgia”. Mtskheta was once the capital of Georgia, a religious center. The former capital of Georgia, has some outstanding examples of mediaeval religious architecture. Day 3

DAY 3 KAZBEGI MOUNTAIN REGION (Breakfast / lunch / dinner)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Tbilisi early in the morning, at the direction of Kazbegi.(160km) through the Georgian Military Road. Ananuri fortress, which is a XVI century castle complex on the Aragvi River. The Ananuri fortress stands beside the famous Georgian Military Highway overlooking a large Zhinvali water resrvoir. We will pass Gudauri ski resort. Have a stop at Russia–Georgia Friendship Monument. The massive round monument still looks out over Devil’s Valley and the Caucasus Mountains. Inside the cylinder monument, a vibrantly colored mural depicts heavily stylized scenes from Georgian and Russian histories. Lunch in StepandsmindaGergeti trinity church which stands on a mountain where you have to drive up with a special 4X4 car. Gergeti church is (XII-XIV) century’s monument located at an altitude of 2170 meters. Gergeti Trinity church is an important temple and remarkable for its beautiful scenery on mountains. Dinner

DAY 4 UPLISTCIKHE / GORI (Breakfast / Lunch)

Breakfast at the hotel Uplitcikhe Cave city - is an ancient cave town from the 1st half of the 1st millennium BC. It was the main center of paganism and represents a complex of halls, caves, theatres, altars, pagan temples, secret tunnels, prisons, pharmacy, passages-streets all carved out of stone over an area of 4 hectares. The Joseph Stalin Museum is a museum in Gori, Georgia dedicated to the life of Joseph Stalin, the leader of the Soviet Union, who was born in Gori. The complex of the museum was opened in 1957. DAY 5 KAKHETI REGION (Breakfast / light lunch / dinner in local family)

Breakfast at the hotel Tour to most famous Georgian wine region Kakheti: On the way, your first stop will be at a place where real Georgian bread is baked. You will be able to see how it is freshly baked and taste it. Sighnagi is one of Georgia's smallest towns, its located at the heart of Georgia's wine-growing region, its picturesque landscapes, pastel houses with wooden fretwork balconies, and narrow, cobblestone streets. Located on a steep hill, this amazing town overlooks the vast Alazani Valley, with the Caucasus Mountains visible at a distance. The town is surrounded by the remnants of 18th-century fortifications with the length of about 5 kilometers and 23 towers. Bodbe Monastery, dedicated to Saint Nino, is located at Bodbe, 2 km away from the town of Sighnaghi, Kakheti. St. Nino is a very important saint for Georgians since she was the one who spread Christianity in our country in the 5th century. She spent the last years of her life in Bodbe, that is why Georgians buried her in this monastic complex. Trees, gardens, flowers and amazing view of the Caucasus Mountains. Here lies her body and it’s believed to be a place where your dreams come true. Kindzmarauli Corporation is a winery located in Kvareli, Kakheti. This is a wine factory which produces a high standard of wine and exports it to 19 countries worldwide. Factory produces wines both with the European and Traditional Georgian methods. During the tour professional guides will show you the whole process of wine-making. After the tour, you’ll have a chance to try some of the award-winning wines produced by this winery. Dinner at local Gerogian family house with real home made food and Gerogian Supra (toasts) Transfer back to Tbilisi.
