Day 2

PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP

Stay at Siem Reap

Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy visiting the cultural highlights of Phnom Penh including the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, and the Toul Sleng Museum, also called Prison S21 by the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 to 1979. In the afternoon, go to Phnom Penh Airport for short flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, go to your hotel for check in and relax. Free time in the evening for exploring the exciting nightlife of Siem Reap Lunch & Dinner at Indian restaurant Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 3

SIEM REAP - ANGKOR HERITAGE SITES

Stay at Siem Reap

After breakfast, we start a very special and busy day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist. The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century). See the South Gate, Bayon Temple - unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara Baphuon Temple: lying just to the north of Bayon, a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. After lunch time, visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Ta Prohm was built in the 12th century. It’s a Buddhist temple dedicated to the mother of King Jayavarman VII. Pre Rup temple was built in the 10th century during the reign of King Rajendravarman II. Overnight in Siem Reap

Day 4

SIEM REAP – PHNOM KULEN MOUTAIN – ANGKOR SILK FARM - SIEM REAP

Stay at Siem Reap

Have breakfast at hotel, we visit Kulen Mountain, north of Angkor Wat. The Phnom Kulen mountain range provides Siem Reap with water and dominates the skyline of the flat plains surrounding it. Although the highest peak of the mountain range lies at only 487m, Phnom Kulen has much to offer visitors. The Cambodian people regard the site as the birthplace of the ancient Khmer Empire. King Jayavarman II claimed independence from Java there in 802 A.D. On top of the mountain you will visit a modern style pagoda that offers stunning views over the Angkor area. Visit the eight meter tall statue of a reclining Buddha and wash your hands at the Linga statue to purify your mind and body. Continue to visit the River of One Thousand Lingas and the magnificent waterfall close to it. Take a refreshing swim in the stream and pool of the waterfall. Lunch at Indian restaurant After lunch, we transfer to the Silk farm located in Puok district where you will understand more details on the mulberry trees, silkworm farming, cocoon unwinding, preparation of the silk threads, ikat technique (tie-dyeing of the threads) and silk weaving and impressed by the dexterity of our artisans with silk threads. This project has been supporting the vulnerable woman nearby villages to better a living for their families. Once the tour is finished, you may have a chance to go into a large showroom and bring a your loved high-quality silk products made in the workshop you have just visited. Transfer back hotel. Dinner at Indian restaurant Overnight in Siem Reap Note: In Kulen Moutain, there is no Indian restaurant, they serves only local food that is available Veg or Non Veg Due to road condition, they only allow for vehicles from 04 – 25 seat to transfer up/down Kulen Mountain.

Day 5

SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, you will be free until check out your hotel and in a good time, drive to the airport for your departure flight. As we reach the airport our tour concludes with a lovely travelogue which will cherish forever.
